- Your satisfaction is guaranteed... We know you will be delighted with anything you purchase from Crosskeys Books. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason and that you notify us (preferably in writing) of your dissatisfaction within 7 days of receipt of the goods, we will be happy to replace them for you or to refund your money. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods, packaging and the labels aren't damaged. (the postage will not be refunded) Returns : What do I do if an item arrives damaged? Please ensure you contact us immediately either by email to enquiries@crosskeysbooks.com or call our order line on 020 8590 3604, please provide us with full details of the fault or damage. Do not return the item until you have spoken with us, as we have a number of different procedures depending on the product that has been damaged How do I return goods? Once you have contacted us, and we have confirmed that we want you to return the item(s), you must ensure that the goods are appropriately packaged to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. We strongly recommend that you get a "Proof of Posting" certificate (free of charge) from your Post Office, as you will need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail should the package be lost or damaged on its journey back to us. .

You can then browse through a specific section like Dog Behaviour, Dog Training, Puppy Training within that category. All categories and sections are outlined on the top of the page and covers most topic on these subjects. 3. Click the item image to see more information. 4. If you see a menu of selections below the product description that show colours or sizes, choose the exact item you want. 5. Click "Add to Cart" and you will be taken to your Shopping Basket. 6. To continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping". To goto checkout, click "Checkout". To find specific books/products quickly, you can search by keyword, simply enter the word or words such as "puppy" in the text box in the top left of the page and click "Go". Check Out : After you've finished shopping, click "shopping cart" and "Check Out". Follow the steps to enter your delivery and billing information. Returning Customers : If you've shopped at Crosskeysbooks.com before, you will be prompted at the beginning of the checkout process to enter your login details. Upon entering your login details, you can enter and select addresses from your address book. If you are a new customer you will be prompted to enter your contact details and a username and password unique to you. Confirmation : After submitting your order, you'll see a receipt that you can print for your records. You will be sent an email confirmation, which will summarise your order.
