Small animals have gotten "big" as pets according to the latest survey; there are millions of hamsters, gerbils, mice and other pint-sized critters sharing our homes with us today. If these furry little pets could talk to us, most of them would say the same thing, "Lets play!"
In fact, playing is almost as important to the health and well being of a small animal as food and shelter.Sometimes its easy for us to overlook our pets, because theyre small and they dont walk around the house freely the way dogs and cats do, but these are intelligent, social animals that need to play and interact with people.
